Youthsafe has developed the following resource kits for educators and other professionals working with young people, particularly in regional, rural and remote NSW.

The kits contain all the information and resources required to deliver safe celebrating and young worker WHS lessons.
Both kits support NSW Stage 5 and 6 PDHPE outcomes and are also suitable for Crossroads, careers lessons and welfare / health promotion / pastoral care days.

In Working Order – A WHS Toolkit for Young Workers

This resource will assist teachers, employers, supervisors and parents to develop young people's understanding of:

• workplace safety rights and responsibilities
• recognising, assessing and managing workplace hazards
• communication and negotiation skills

The In Working Order DVD and CD-ROM contains lesson plans, teacher’s notes, fact sheets for employers, supervisors and parents of young workers and useful links to help young workers develop strategies and skills to prevent injury and promote workplace safety.
